Whether greeting students with a smile each morning or sharing laughs during recess, Robert embodied what it means to lead with heart.
His influence didn’t stop with the students. Robert’s leadership style created a staff culture of joy, collaboration, and camaraderie. His quick jokes and “dad humor” brought laughter to the office, but it was his genuine care for others that truly defined him. He turned our team into a family and made Wildwood a better place for everyone.
